The whole system include the Grinder(with 0/1/2 drum optional) and spiral conveyer.
1.Solids enter the grinder through open channel.
2.Solids are captured and directed into the cutting chamber by rotated screening drum.
3.Most sewage and solids smaller enough pass through the rotated screening drum.
4.Solids pass through cutters for size reduction.
5.Solids which are broken to small enough particles flow with the sewage into inclined spiral conveyer.
6. Separate the small solid particles effectively from organics after washed and brushed by spiral conveyer. The organics flow back to the channel through the perforated screen of spiral conveyer with the sewage. The clean solid particles are discharged after dehydration without odors.
7. The solid particles are discharged and then loaded into containers or bags.
