HC industrial plastic,wood and pallets shredder is the most popular shredding machine, which is designed to deal with wide variety waste such as municipal waste, bulk waste, and industry waste, special and hazardous waste, medical waste, kitchen waste, food waste ,electronic waste, waste of paper mill, biomass ,waste tires and so on.
A complete set of equipment includes motor, reducer, dual shaft cutter, central comb, side comb (stationary knife), hopper, bracket and PLC control unit.
It uses two relative rotation cutter stacks to shear, tear and extrude solid for size reduction. It is an ideal machine to deal with hard material and its expertise extents to carpets, mattresses and tires that conventional shredders have difficult with.
The machine is enabled with high throughput from 0.3T/H to 100T/H and the finished reduction particle size varies from 8mm to 300mm.
